My name is Henry and I'm a personal trainer and freelance writer in New York City.

I have a degree in Clinical Exercise Science and eight years of experience training everyone from retirees to professional athletes.

My Philosophy

Succeed Every Day

My training Philosophy is simple: succeed every day. The first article I published, which you can read here, goes into more detail.

The concept is simple: big changes happen in small increments. Instead of focusing on your big goal, focus on little things you can do each day to improve. For example, do one push-up today. Tomorrow, do two. If you stick with this mentality, you'll slowly master push-ups!
